Core the apple (get help from Mom or Dad with this). Put the apple into a microwaveable bowl. 2. Put one tablespoon of peanut butter into the core of the apple. Cover with plastic wrap. 3. Microwave for 2 minutes or until soft. 4. Mash with a fork. 5. Cool and eat. WHAT NEXT Spread the word. Take your peanut butter applesauce to school and eat it for healthy snack. Brag a little. Tell your friends that you have a delicious and nutritious snack that is NOT junk food. Let them know that you are taking care of your body.
