 I love this event. I love the idea of parents 'joining' kids in exercise instead of parents being kids' fans. Running is the perfect sport for parents to do with kids, that is as long as the distance and pace are kid friendly and appropriate. Why not have a Run, Spot, Run in your town, or with the kids in your class. Invite the parents, sisters and brothers. Choose the distance of an easy mile and let everyone have fun. Better yet, get together every week with family and friends and run that mile. Have fun all year round.  Lucky Winner  Young Milers  Time out from dance! See you next year! |
