When I first started developing KidsRunning.Com in the year 2000, Molly Barker of Girls on the Run graciously "loaned" us some of her games. Here is one.
girls Jump Rope Relay, by Molly Barker

You'll need: a rope about 11 feet long
8 or more players divided into two teams
1. Have two people turn the rope as if you were playing a game of jump rope.

2. On "Go!" one player from each team runs through the rope at the same time. You may run straight through or hop in the middle...it's up to each team to decide.

3. Each team tries to get its members through the moving rope. If one person touches the rope, even with her hair, her team starts over. The first team to get everyone through wins. Be sure to give the rope turners a chance to play, too.
