Then check out the "Active Kids' Hydration Report Card". The card groups the common beverages children drink during sport into one of these categories: MAKES THE GRADE, OK, IF IT'S THE ONLY DRINK AVAILABLE, and FALLS SHORT. Dr. Jackie Bering, Ph.D., R.D. partnered with the National Alliance for Youth Sports (NAYS) to study this topic.
