For good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and intending to be legally bound thereby, I, on behalf of myself and my minor child, grant to Rodale Inc., 33 East Minor Street, Emmaus, Pennsylvania 18098-0099, the right to use artwork created by my minor child (in whole or in part) on www.kidsrunning.com (the “Web Site”) for any lawful purpose, including editorial and illustrative purposes, on the Web Site.

I warrant that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor child identified below, and that I have the right to enter into this Release on behalf of my minor child. This release shall be binding upon me and my minor child, and our family, heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.

I have read the above authorization, release and agreement, prior to its execution, and I am fully familiar with the contents thereof.
