 SHIZUKA Two Roads
To all young runners, please remember there are two roads you can travel in running.
You can travel the high road and you can win, through the old fashioned way of hard work and practice.
And then there's the low road which you can win through alterative means: some illegal and some in the gray area: which means not detectable yet. The high road takes longer and will bring fame and fortune, also a good family name.
The low road may bring fame and fortune, but when you are caught will destroy your good name. Note this damage can often"never be repaired" so remember therearen't any secrets to becoming a good runner, except hard work, time, and most importantly patience.
Good luck this coming season.
