SCHEDULE What I do
MONDAY
Warm-up: 1-K moderate pace Practice: Dash - 80m x 2 Warm-down 1-K 80% speed.
WEDNESDAY Warm-up: 1-K Practice: Dash - 80m x 4, 50m x 6, 150m x 1 Warm down: 800m at 70 % speed.
FRIDAY
Warm-up 1-K Practice: Curve training for 200m and400m - 80m x 1 Warm-down: 400m at 90% speed.
WORDS OF ADVICE
Never run in practice at 100 %, unless it's a time trial.
