My sepfather was in the military and we moved around a lot when I was young, but I was always active in any sport I could find. I did gymnastics, basketball, volleyball and, of course, track. I was the second of four kids in my family but was always the most competitive in everything. " As an Adult: Sarah was a multiple time age group national champion, 3x Foot Locker finalist (it was Kinney back then), Junior National 1500m champion, NCAA 3000m champion, 9x All American, member of World Cross, World indoor and Outdoor Champs and 4th in World Cup 3000m 2002. Ranked #2 in US 1500m 2002.
