| About the Presenter | Michele is the author of 2 children's picture books: "Pellie Runs A Marathon" and "CoCo Loves To Tri". Pellie is a little duck who learns valuable life lessons throughout 26.2 miles. CoCo is a determined black lab who enjoys the trying the swim, bike and run portions of a triathlon. The books are based on Michele's experiences of running marathons and participating in many multisport events.
She also presents on topics such as Stress Management, Time Management and Life Balance in corporations, hospitals and for various organizations. She has been asked to speak at the WOW! Women of the World Forum, using her children's books as references to stress management and conquering change.

Theme 1: "Pellie's Movement Marathon" (features students participating in an exercise segment of 26 movements)
Theme 2: "Pellie's Book Run" (features students creating their own mini book based on their favorite animal doing a sport or physical activity)
Theme 3: "CoCo's Triangle of Health" (features the review of 3 components of healthy lifestyles in an age appropriate manner: exercise, nutrition and stress management)
Theme 4: "CoCo's Crazy Tri" (features students participating in an imaginary triathlon by exercising & moving through a swim, bike and run)
