SPORTS PROGRAMS for children with disabilities Dear Carol,       I am working for the Council Bluffs, IA. YMCA trying to incorporate youth sports for disabled children. There has yet to be a program developed for such youth in our area and I am reaching out to everyone who may be able to provide any information to me.
