hard at running. I don't want over train.
How many days do you suppose I should run a
week?

Hi Runner,
3 days a week is good. It will keep you in good condition without overdoing. 4 days a week if you vary your mileage and intensity.

Running to train for 3-4 days/week is great if you are 12, but don't stop there. Use the other days to cross train or to try something new. Ride, skate, swim, or boogie board at the beach. Have fun and keep active.
