Ever wonder how to increase your sprint, or even middle-distance speed?

Try running on gentle downhill slopes (very gentle) to get the feeling of top speed without the stress of full effort.

This will help with the feeling of full-speed running  (as it allows more work with less effort due to the gentle downhill slope) and will help speed come more naturally to you on the track.  Good luck!
