Dear Editor Carol,
My son will be starting the 100 days of running tomorrow. What do we need
to do to get the green ribbon? I think a goal will be great for him with a
reward at the finish line.
Thanks,
Deborah
Dear
Deborah,
Our Run the Seasons program is our 'nature running' program. Each time your son runs, he should record something he sees while on his run, on our Run the Seasons charts. When he has gone for 100 runs, make a copy of his charts and mail them to us at KidsRunning.Com.
You can find the charts on the Run the Seasons page.
My schoolchildren are participating in our Run the Seasons program. They each have their own chart and we have a classroom chart. They have become very knowledgeable of the changes in the seasons.
Congratulations on choosing a program that will enrich your son and help him appreciate his world.
Run for a lifetime, Carol Goodrow KidsRunning.Com
