LOG-A-MILERS
Countless families and school groups use our Log-a-Mile program. Since the program is online - free to download, we don't get to meet many of them, but this family has taken the time to write to us to give us a quick view of their running adventures. |

Brothers Matthew (100+ Miler for 2007) and Danny (50+ Miler for 2007)
THE KMD FAMILY
We'd like to take the opportunity to present the KMD family: K for Kathryn, age 10, M for Matthew, age 9, and D for Danny, age 7. Kathryn and Matthew were introduced to running at the ages if 7 and 6, at a school running program in Colorado.
All siblings have completed the 50-mile chart for 2007. Matthew has surpassed 100 miles with 7-miles-a-week total running. Katy and Danny are working towards their 75-mile goal with a total of 3 miles each week.
The KMD family participates in many road races. The photo shows Katy (50 Miler for 2007) at the Montgomery, Alabama Jingle Bell Race - coming in strong.
They've earned bookmarks, ribbons, and have been featured on the Log-a-Mile page. We are very happy that they have taken the time to write to us.
Matthew takes 1st place for his age group at the Montgomery, AL Turkey Burner Run
